stock/no stock

On 1March 2016 i phoned cway computers in standerton for a scanner. Linda gave me a quote of 1130. Confirmed stock availability. When i got to the premesis on 2 march 2016 elaine told me linda made a mistake and that the scanner is out of stock and the one that is availbale is 1800. Linda is keeping me waiting and i am not impressed with their overall service. ?
