Poor service

Reported an issue with my internet connection on the 12th after experiencing intermittant service losses for about a week. Received an e-mail basically stating that they see nothing wrong but that i must reply if it persists. I rep**** on the 16th that the issue is still there. I rep**** two more times getting no response.
