No internet connection still

I signed up for fibre Internet connection with C-way they came and installed the fibre on the 12/10/21 however it never worked from day 1 I informed several times but they did nothing until the 30/10/21 they only then sent their technician who discovered that the yellow cable connecting to the router is faulty and because the installation was done bu Zoom they are not able to fix it but Zoom will have to come and fix it however I’m billed for October and December yet I still do not have connection till this day Kindly assist
