False Advertising = No Wifi

The customer service that we receive from either Secunda or Ermelo branch is absolutely pathetic! My husband has logged so many tickets complaining about the wifi being off, but nothing happened. We paid for a 6m/s line but barely get 45kb/s. They are so quick to switch off the service when you've paid a day late, but not quick to fix problems. We've been loyal customers of C Way for almost 3years, but yet we haven't had a decent signal for weeks, and this is not the first time. We contacted C Way because we saw how they advertised themselves as one of the best Wifi companies in our area - What a joke!
