Poor planning and Rushed Tour

Really disappointed. Rushed tour, poor planning and the first week was a waste. Had to run through Dachau concentration camp in 30 minutes which was a draw point for me on the tour. Two tours were booked at the same time by the company and the hotels in Europe couldn't cope. Every day lunch was at garage stops. A lot better planning is needed as you spend hours on the bus covering 3500km in two weeks. Our group was treated as a B group. Really disappointed. The director responded to my mail and offered me a discounted tour next time round. I won't be taking him up on that. Feel he should compensate me for the wasted week as it was only half a holiday.
