they took my phone i now request payout as i got another phone

in jan they would have kept my phone for 3 months no word from them i was told 15 days no longer need the phone due to no service and a extensive long time waiting with no feedback i have taken advice from my attorney see this as a final letter of demand i request full payment of my phones value as you have taken too long and broke contract that caused me to buy a new phone i need the payment by end this week numerous times i tried to get my phone back i will be using all screenshots as evidence of the lack of your service including my calls to you where your people placec me on hold for 25 min but no answers from your side
