Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!especially Sakhile Mbakane
first thing is first, does not Csurance have a QA team because clearly the consultants are not customer centric and have no sense of urgency to assist.
my first call for my excess was shocking, firstly the lady that was assisting put me on hold for about 20 min then gave me an excess amount of +R1.9K. I questioned her as to how was it possible for me to be paying so much for a claim where else, its my second claim and its been over a year since my first claim. and well in true Csurance style, basically it is was it is and that's what needs to be paid in. luckily for me, I work with customer centric people and that actually know their jobs, who advised me to call again and verify the amount, and to my shock, I was quoted over R1k for my excess. C surance and their ****** of consultants. anyway lets fast forward, so I pay the claim on and im advised that it will take 5-7 business days for the phone to be repaired and sent to the store I originally dropped it off at. cool, im like ok, so maybe they are not so bad, plus they tell me to call in after 5 business days to check how far the process is. So I call in on Tuesday as that is the 5th business day, C surance and their ****** go and tell me yes my phone has been repaired however they could not release because they did not have a delivery address?! huh, first question I ask is, where did you pick up that phone, they confirm the store, so im like so why don't you deliver it where you picked it up as you said you would when I called last week?! dololo nothing but a pathetic answer. furthermore im told to call back in tomorrow, which is today to again find out how far they are with the process. one thing I stated on both calls from yesterday and today is that tomorrow is the 7th business day, I WILL BE PICKING MY PHONE UP AT THAT CELL C STORE, SHOULD MY PHONE NOT BE THERE, ALL HELL IS GOING TO BREAK LOOSE. I swear your company will pay for this months premium with my service provider. o besides that, me speaking to Sakhile Mbakane, who im sure in his small head believes his doing me a favour by actually doing his job goes on to tell me that im laughing, o by the way, I was very jolly at the beginning of that call, until Sakhile reminded that as much C surance consulatnts are rude and incompatible, please bring your rudeness too to the table. so im really not sure on your process when a person calls, one minute your consultants need the ticket number, next min Sakhile is telling you no not your ticket number but ID number, inconsistency wow, anyway, so after taking my ID number, he puts me on hold for such a long time, this is about +10 min, and when he comes back he repeats my story from the beginning, this is to the first day of the claim, and not giving me a recent update, woooooooooooooooow. anyway so I tell this sakhile character that I hear what he saying and im goona repeat what I said to the consultant I spoke to on Tuesday that I WILL BE PICKING MY PHONE UP AT THAT CELL C STORE, SHOULD MY PHONE NOT BE THERE, ALL HELL IS GOING TO BREAK LOOSE.. o I speak and I speak, this character then wants to end my call by saying thank you for calling c-surance and g...I stopped him very quickly and I told him that's not how you treat customers and furthermore im not done speaking, I ask to speak to a team leader and/ or manager, did he ever call those people, nope, instead he put me on hold for another 20 min until I cut the line.
so what I want to happen now, is, I want my phone, finish and jlaar and that's tomorrow 2019/02/07. further more, you will cancel my insurance with you and furthermore, I will make sure that I spit fire to your name on social media, word of mouth, telephonically, tell my friends, so that everyone knows to cancel their insurance, or better yet, not to even consider you as an Insurer. close shop guys because your service is hideous and pathetic.
and try using a proper agency when hiring your people and make sure they have the correct credentials to be a broker or claims officer Catherine Hendrik and Fikile Mbeye, I hope you see what your team is doing to the company
