***** company,*****s ,dishonest company rude agents and employees

I have a cover with cellc device insurance.On the 19 my phone got lost. I called cellc insurance and wanted to confirm the status of the account and I was told it was active and ok. I logded on 21st Oct and I was given run around by cellc and then I was given run arounds by insurance when claiming. today marks day 16 I have escalated the issue with them and they keep making me a fool they said no my account was closed due to non payment of 3 months when I check when a claim was logded it was 1 month now they want me to pay them for 3 months and they have not even confirmed wether my claim will be assisted or what. I have spoken to many team leaders and agents in complains they also give me run arounds hollard insurance is the worst insurance by far. their team leaders say I was neglegent for having my phone in the car at a workshop. They trying very hard to ensure that the claim is not paid but they fail to decline and send the info so I can escalate to ombuds man . I have all call recordings of our communication.The managers they gossip about clients about they want to claim while owing 3 months when you ask which 3 months they cant answer, they rude and all that. I have spoken to some that are not rude but hollard is the worst by far company. its 16 days and the is no way forward they say I must catch up but they cant give me banking details . other manager had said she will arrange for a debit when the day came on the 2nd they didnt debit the other one says they will arrrange for 8 Dec debit but they want to debit me money to cover me for November,December, and January yet claim was lodged on November while i was owing 1 month. they want to be paid yet they say they dont know if I will get a new device or not. Why must I pay for cover for months when I dont have a device and they not assisting me . they are a ***** company.They deny me to speak to operational manager and say they cant give them the phone, for some reason we are made to have to beg them 1st
