Cell C and outsurance

<p>i have been a cell c client since 2014, decided to take out their insurance last year in September with C sure, Big mistake. Cell C and C sure have the worst client service of all the networks. I lost my phone on Sunday, and i have since been trying to get through to C sure for them to assist me with my claim, but not one consultant is available either telephonically or through email. I have been phoneless for over 3 days with no prospects of that changing in the future, yet every month i must pay Cell C and C sure their supersized bill!! ITS SAFE TO SAY NEITHER CELL C OR C SURE WILL BE RETAINING THIS CUSTOMER. BIG MISTAKE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SERVICE PROVIDERS. HORRIFIC SERVICE!!!</p>
