C-sure is frustrating

My claim is not being attended to, i keep being placed onhold and then the call gets cut. Its been 7days no outcome is made, i gave them my ID and my claim number, they gave me an incorrect name and surname that was not mine. I am so frustrated, i can not pay and be put from pillar to post, from cell c repair, cell c store and the insurance.
