bad service

<p>i have made a claim which i made it on the first on june 2017 and they gave me a respond that they will be back to me in 24 hours today its the 8th of june no reply.when i call them they do not pick up their phones i have been trying even have to hold on the phone for more than an hour for them to answer.i am not happy with the service that i am getting.i cant leave without a phone for more than a month.but the service c surance is providing is very bad tryed sending them emails but they dont even bother coming back to me at all.cell c is *****nce never take their insurance.</p>
