Bad services on the retention form

we bought a house and C Marketing was the company that was building the house for us. where after the completion of the house we move in we are given the retention form to complete for any damages that we encounter within 3months and they shall come and fix those. that I sent the form within 3months it was not attended to and I called to asked why I was told that they will only come at my area if there is more than one person's house with problems. I gave them time which they still did not comply with what we agreed on. instead we are given excuses after excuses and till today non of the list of damages we have, have been fixed. it's over the time frame. <br> C Marketing it's a property management company that is listed with NHBRC.
