No Connection

I have been disconnected over 5 days ago with no network, and the service I get so far is beyond terrible, absolutely unacceptable . I don't think this is a fair business practice that I have to wait almost two hours on the queue and be disconnected by an operator when I am at the door or next to be serviced.

You are actually not even one Star rating but a minus digit to demonstrate my frustration at this point - very disheartening service!
