Charles Buys - C I Maintenance and Construction Bloemfontein

I instructed Charles Buys to attend to the maintenance of my sectional garage door. I paid upfront for the work, but unfortunately the work was never completed. First he had an operation, then death in the family etc.

I tried phoning Charles (and Whatsapp) but my number has been blocked. Do not make use of the services offered by Charles of C I Maintenance and Construction at all. The work will not be completed, and you'll not see your money again.
