RIP-OFF TOWING COMPANY

So my sister was in a car accident and these people towed her car. Only afterward she get billed R5200.00 for towing a car from garsfontein to Waltoo which is not even 15km. WHAT A RIP-OFF when the fuel on the invoice is only R300.00 on top of that R5200.00 and all the cost together invoice total R11212.50. They charge more to tow a car than it is for you to hire a truck and a company to move your whole house! This is a rip-off and ridiculous and they don't deserve business!!!!
