Not refunding my breakage deposit

I rented goods from CHG Function Hire for my daughters birthday party. First I had to phone them 3 times to get a quote. I had to pay a breakage deposit of R2 000 as I was a first time customer. The goods was delivered as was paid for. My driver returned their goods on Monday 26 Jan 2015 as agreed. Today 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund of my breakage deposit. I have phoned, emailed, left message and received empty promises, but not my money!
