C.F Fire Services will ***** your money

I had an unfortunate incident with C.F Fire Services where they came to service our company's fire extinguisher and billed us (C.O.D) R350.00 . C.F Fire Services told us they service the whole business complex and that we can claim the money back from the rental agency. This was NOT TRUE and now we are struggling to get our money back. After speaking to the manager of C.F Fire Services, she informed us that they will send the technician back to refund us but we are still waiting for almost a week now. After phoning the technician our-self he was extremely rude and hung the phone up while talking with him. I urge everyone to avoid working with them!!!!
