Solar Installation - be carefel

Crystal and Petrus quoted me on a solar system in May 2023. During June, they came and installed the back up system but not the solar part. They said they would come next week, next month etc. but never completed the system which was paid for. I requested a refund which was the same story, next week, next month etc. I had to take them to Small Claims Court to get some of my money back which only happened at the end of March 2024. They also don't honour the warranty if there is a problem with the system they installed. I wouldn't recommend using them.
