Highly unprofessional - do not respond to emails.

I will not recommend using C BEKKER & ASSOCIATES as anyones conveyors if you would like updates or responses on your emails because they do not bother to respond to your emails at all. This is now the third time this has happened where they either requested documents or money and when i send it to them and ask "have you received my proof of payment or documents" the secretary Shandree Botha just ignores you. I feel it is highly unprofessional especially when the service we pay them for is not cheap neither, the least they could do is respond, even if it was just with one word on their emails. This is after i have asked 5 times if our documents have been received on three different occasions... STILL no response even after i included the attorneys in my emails. Very unprofessional.
