Avoid doing business with this company

Discussed a price with the owner Carlo Blessie and agreed to pour a concrete floor, power float the floo and saw cut the concrete the following day. We sent an order number confirming the price and the square meters. On further discussions the price went up. We agreed to this on the 20th Nov 2018 and resent the order number. We confirmed the date for the 26th Nov for the concrete at 8 am. On Friday 23rd Nov we spoke to Carlo and sent photographs of the house and access and received reply's that everything was perfect. No invoice was sent and no request for a deposit. The concrete arrived but Carlo and his team failed to appear. His phone was off and nobody picked up the phone at his office. The floor has not been power floated is a mess and will cost me serious money to repair. Carlo Blessie now sends a sms with no apology claiming there was NO APPROVAL OF PRICE (we sent an order number). NO DEPOSIT (although he never requested one thanks goodness). NO WORK. SIMPLE AS THAT. GOODBYE Personally I would never trust him.
