Pathetic customer service

Colin installed aircons at my home, when arranging servicing and repair of one of the aircons he initially agreed to the repair and servicing then just when quite does not answer calls, sms's or e-mails. I now had to get someone else to fix the problem. When you phone him from a different nr he actually picks up the call but does not honour his agreements. It is sad that I actually recommend not using him due to his poor attitude and non-compliance to commitments. Made me waist time and energy!
