Training postponed 3 times after accepting payment

Hi<br> I am extremely disappointed with the Bytes Technology Group. <br> <br> My company had approached bytes technology group for training in [URL Removed] MVC 4 web development , they confirmed a date in which this training would be conducted and requested payment for this training, this had all been initiated in mid July the co**** was for the 27-31st July 2015. Then they postponed and promised to give us a date in August but then later they later postponed this co**** for 14th - 18th September. In another attempt to contact them for this co**** they have again postponed this co**** to the 26th of October. This is unacceptable and unprofessional to make it worse no one is taking responsibility as we keep being transferred from one person to another we have requested a refund but and they still keep referring and transferring us to other people.
