Allways late

Bytes seems to be the local DELL partner for the Cape Town area. With the three issues I've experienced with my DELL products over the years, each time DELL Europe is fast to respond and to dispatch replacement parts. They also dispatch a Bytes techie to do the installation. Now we operate in a production environment and system down time has to be scheduled in advance and kept to an absolute minimum. Not once has a Bytes techie been on time, they've arrived without checking that the parts have arrived, this morning's techie is as we speak lost even after me sending them a map and directions to the site, currently he's over an hour late. Bytes really do not seem to care about the customer's business. DELL please find another partner in CPT SA.
