We went to Byte to see off my parents at the international departure side. Our waiter could not understand what a baked potato was and we had to repeat the order 3 times before he got it right. The food took over 40 minutes. Only one plate of food came to the table and it looked disgusting. We paid for the drinks complained to the manager who was hising in the back somewhere instead of walking around and checking on customers. This is the service that our international guests gets expoaed too. Welcome to SA and our bas service.
