The worst service ever

I went to byte as it was breakfast time, I stood very long waiting for a waiter when one of my colleagues screamed for a waiter and Kelly responded but with an attitude asking why did I not come to her, she took the order and I waited for almost an hour for my food...Kelly just put my food down and told me to get my own tea at the counter and walked away, I saw Salomi and asked if I could please have some tomato sauce and some hot sauce, when she brought it there was no hot sauce then I asked for hot sauce again, with an attitude she asked why I did not ask the first time,i said I did, From a distance she screamed @ me in her language so I left. When I got back to the office I realised that there was not cutlery and my food was cold, I phoned the manager and he placed me on hold for almost 30mins till I decided to cut the call. This is extremely bad service as we buy food from byte almost everyday!
