Poor service coupled with terrible hygiene

1. Cracked and dirty espresso cup served on a normal saucer.

2. Dirty cup of cappuccino which apparently overflowed as they poured the foam, with a dirty handle, and the waiter says: "No it's not dirty it's just the foam as they were pouring it into the cup."

3. Cracked small milk jug with dirt around the brim.

4. Dirty cup of very weak rooibos.

5. Grime stuck on the floor which looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. If I could, I would put pictures up.
