Complaint

My family and I arrived at Bytes last night around 20:40 to celebrates my brother in laws birthday. We were not greeted or seated. We found a table and as we were about to sit down, I asked one of the waitresses if they about to close since no one was paying attention to us. She told me they close at 22:00 but we can't sit at our desired table because they were about to clean that area. So we moved but still no one came to, the manager saw us but didn't give a **** about us, they all continued doing whatever it is they were doing until we left. I have NEVER seen such. I'm so disgusted by their behavior and they way we were treated. We still had a good hour and few minutes to enjoy my brother in laws birthday but we received no service at all. Maybe we looked poor to them hence they treated us like this or maybe it was the color of our skin. Whatever it was it was, it was unacceptable and revolting to say the least.
