Shameful business conduct

Most shocking experience ever with any business I have ever dealt with. Both my purchases for candles and those of my daughter arrived broken - granted they were replaced. The website is misleading in that it states that the LV & Chanel candles are Decor - what she means is DECORATIVE and that they should not be burnt despite instructions on how to 'care' for the candle when burning it. My one candle burnt to nothing in less than 20 minutes in a wind free zone R200's worth !!! . They certainly do not last longer than the 50% expectation that is stated on their website. My email interaction was nothing short of totally unprofessional. I am not sure they will be in business for very long.
