BYOB St Francis Bay - quality and reciepe takes a downward spiral.

Initially, I would have given them a "5." But then they went and changed the batter on their onion rings, from one that was light, flakey and crispy, to one that was bready, thick and soggy. The onion rings used to be a 5- now they're a 1. The chips were quite good. The double smash burger wasn't quite up to the former standard. Some of the char broiled beefy taste was lost and it was quite greasy. Still, it was enjoyable and filled the void, but they've veered off course a bit - maybe cutting a corner - not sure. If they correct the onion rings, I'll give them a 4. And if tney also bring the burger back to it's former glory, They'll get a 5.
