This was my first time making use of Bykski.co.za and though their online portal database was not updated, they admitted the error and refunded me the same day. I am grateful and expect nothing less, I also appreciated that they offered to contact me if they can source the particular item which seems end of life or hard to find.

I would use them again in the future and hopefully then transactions are more smooth.
