I ordered a 360 x 45mm custom radiator from them around 7pm on a week day. They called me the next morning to let me know there might be a slightly longer waiting period (couple of days). They offered me a full refund, or the option to wait. Even though this was not so great, I was highly impressed with how they handled it. The fact that they offered a full refund, was also a good thing. Most other shops wont even contact you if there is a slight delay.

I asked if it would be a possibility to upgrade to a 360 x 60mm radiator. They helped me with this, I made a payment for the difference, and they shipped the new larger radiator the same day. (so even though there was a hiccup, they still shipped the product in less than 24h after I made payment).

I was kept updated via email through the entire shipping process, and the product arrived it perfect condition.

I will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!
