Humble service deserves recognition
On the 16th June I went to Builders Warehouse in Cape Gate. I was in need of a specific fitting for my gas stove. No personnel was in sight to assist. I then proceeded in search in the back section Appliances where no personnel was in sight once again. I bumped into the Security lady name Cecilia from Byers Security. I asked her if she knew how I could find someone to help, she prompted to the occasion and tried to reach the personnel via the intercom service gadget...no personnel came. After that she heard some voices and went to ask if this person Patrick from a company named Suburban can assist. He immediately came and tried to help. We succeeded on what I needed to know before doing the purchase. So I would like to Highly commend these two people for their Wonderful service delivery. Builders Warehouse failed but Cecilia the security and Patrick from another company you have done me Proud. May you receive the recognition you deserve.
