Sick and tired of writing unrequited emails.

I ordered a bracelet and necklace from this brand. With limited communication on when the goods will arrive… a week later , unannounced , it arrives. One of the main reasons I ordered from this brand was for the promotion of environmentally friendly packaging. So, anyone reading this, I want you to know that “environmentally friendly” means “ I’ll put your R500 jewellery into a small plastic, that will be covered by an enormous plastic that is not environmentally friendly. I’m sure there are some cute, low cost, environmentally friendly package ideas out there… highly disappointing when I expected to be greeted by a thankful small business. Anyway, I just felt that the jewellery was not meant for me. I’m looking for something of greater quality. And that’s not the businesses fault. I’m sure there are people who love your products. However, what I didn’t expect was responding to my emails about a refund, a week later. We had a back and forth of about 7 emails over the past 7 weeks. I give this company chance to respond, but they take their time and without pressing on them with a double email, they won’t respond. The last response I received was asking for my banking details. Nothing about how must I courier the goods back, will it be organised or must I, how much money will get refunded.. all these questions are unanswered and I feel that my hard earned money is gone. Don’t buy from this company.
