ByCara still has not shipped order almost two months after receiving payment

I ordered a number of items and paid for it on the 12th of Dec'22. The bank sent a "proof of payment" and I used the correct reference in doing the transfer. I had to buy another present for the person for Christmas when there was no response on my email from ByCara. ByCara claimed that they could not allocate my payment, even though the reference was correct and the bank sent them a PoP. I do not accept this. Even though they confirmed that they received the payment, they still have not shipped the items. The person I bought it for, has her birthday in a couple of days and now I will have to get another gift, again. I am considering opening a ***** case against ByCara. Problem is, there is no physical address or telephone number. I did not check before I bought, as someone else I know has bought from them before. I should have checked. It is now Feb'23. I does not seem as though they intend to ship my order. They also add *** at the end of their emails, as though this must somehow erase the fact that they still have not shipped my order after almost two months.
