Bybit protected the ****mer

On the 1st of May after 6pm I made order to buy usdt of 1600. The seller Brijocoin ****med me. On our conversation she said I must cancel and do re order of 1580 because she used R20 to go to another ATM to withdraw the money. When I asked for my money she wanted me to pay extra 500 to send it as a gift. I refused. Till today I haven't got my 1600 back. I reported the ma matter to Bybit but they said my report was invalid. I sent all conversation and there is no proof that I got my usdt yet bybit protected the ****mer
