Charlatans

<p>The ELM (Emufuleni Local Municipality) recently entered into a contract with a company called BXC to install electrical smart meters in our complex. I received no notification of what was going on. Last week my power was switched off by the same BXC. I tried to contact ELM, with no success for more than an hour. So with no other options available, I bypassed the meter. Now these charlatans with their Chinese **** want me to pay a R10000.00 fine. Because ELM/BXC wouldn't answer their phones! This is how ******* this country has become. You try to do the right thing, and you get *****ed!</p>
