B.W.S Dry Cleaners Castle Walk

<p>What a bad experience. I needed to replace the rubber on the heels of my shoes. I originally wanted to wait for it to be done but was told it will talk 1 day to complete. I asked the shop attendant 3 times if he is 100% sure it will be done the following day at 17h00 and 3 x he assured me it will be. My husband went to collect the shoes at the promised time and it was not ready. They had to look for it and they have not even started on it. I tried to phone the telepone number on the slip and on the website but that number is non existing. After a long search I got the number of the owner Reginald ********** 984 and this I got from Hellopeter. Yet another customer complaining. This owner was so rude and made it very clear he does not need the walk in business and he is not wasting his time discussing the fact that they did not deliver on time. If he has no need for the walk in business at Castle Walk Shopping center why do they entertain having this shop in the shopping center. I will write a separate review on the Castle Walk shopping center. People from Pretoria please do not support B.W.S Dry cleaning service. They are also called Blou Wildebees Dry cleaners. The owner should not work with the public and should not be in business at all. Many other places in the same line of business wants us to walk into the shop and wants us to support them. This very rude shop owner should not be supported.</p>
