Incomplete Pool Renovation by BWM Pools

BWM Pools provided a quote for the work that needed to be done on our pool, which included re-lining the pool with fiberglass. We accepted the quote and paid the required deposit. However, the only work that has been done was is repainting the pool. The re-lining, as specified in the quotation, was not completed. He blocks you on whatsapp and does not answer calls or messages. Do not trust him at all. He does not do what he quotes on and then runs away.
