Extremely Poor Service and workmanship

I found Banie on Google. The first experience was excellent-a pool pump repair and all in order. The second time I called him out was for a pool resurface. I paid him in full as a trust relationship had been built from the first experience. He said he would e-mail a guarantee after payment.The first day I inspected the pool during the day, I noticed flaking of the old paints was just painted over and one part just peeled off when touched by me to show white under the blue. I contacted Banie to come out and repair, who said I needed to pay for another 5 lt of product on top of paying him in full for a good pool. I refused as I expected a proper job on my first payment. He then said he would come out on a Saturday but never pitched. When I messaged him again, he suddenly changed completely and said I was bullying him to sort out the pool(which I never do or did). I eventually just cut my losses with him and only asked for the guarantees twice-but have been ghosted with no guarantee or reply afterwards. Really poor conversion of a good customer experience to a dreadful one. Not recommended from my experience. Thanks
