BWM Pools - From Hero to Zero

Having had 2 successful dealings with this company with Banie Van Wyk I gave them the opportunity of another job to be completed. This was in April 2022. Having had previous good service I paid the quoted amount in full up-front. 5 months later the work is not done after many broken promises and stories. I was told that the money would be paid back to me and I should employ someone else. This never happened. I gave them a demand to pay back the money to me within 48 hours which it was not. Calls to the cell phone, whatsapp messages and Emails are just ignored. So i guess legal action will have to be instigated. A case of " From Hero to Zero ".
