BWM Pools BAD BAD SERVICE

I wrote a review on BWM Pools and how bad the service was from the owner Banie. He subsequently contact me to tell me that it was all lies and that he never did the things I accused him of and that he was going to block me on all social media platforms. What I would like to know is there a way to force him to come do the repairs of the pool as it is still under his warrantee?
