BWM Pools are *********

From the moment I paid my deposit (50%) for the new pool which BWM Pools quoted me on, there were problems. Everything seemed perfect when they had to come out to do the assessment - professional, well informed, on time. On the first day, big mistakes - They did not listen to our request so the size of the pool was wrong. So... they had to adjust the quote... Okay fine... so we pay in the difference. They advertise that they are the fastest growing pool company and blah blah - but how does a successful business owner not have his own vehicle? Especially when the site is 60km's from where you do business? Okay - so he did not have transport... then the transport he had, had problems.... then multiple other things happened... eventually my husband and I drove to his house, picked him up and brought him to our house to be able to finish the pool. We even bought him breakfast. Same arrangement for next weekend... 100's of excuses - the job does not get done. Now, 6 weeks later i am stuck with a half built pool and he refuses to give my material or to finish it... I think he wasted the funds and there are no material. Or he realised that his people messed up on the concrete and he does not know how to fix it... We already paid almost the full amount - coz he needed money for this and that... now it's costing me an additional R25k to fix his mess... And all he can do is provoke us with sarcasm and childish comments when we ask for our materials. Oh - did I mention he was arrested for arson in the week he had to come work... And he stole materials from my yard - so I honestly hope no one else uses BWM Pools coz they will lie to you and ***** from you
