UNPROFESSIONAL

I made an appointment with Brian from BW Tree Fellers and he was supposed to come and see me on Tuesday (Yesterday) and he did not turn up. My husband phoned his cell no. and a woman said she would contact him and ask him what happened and she would come back to me. She did not come back at all! Brian did not even have the courtesy of advising me that he would not be coming and I regard his whole attitude as very unprofessional.
