BAD CUSTOMER CARE S****S - NO CONCERN - NOT HELPFUL - NOT ETHICAL

I would like to say that I have not had the service that I hoped to get from this BVZ Attorneys. They are very helpful when they want to tell you about how much you owe and who they are doing debt collecting for, but when it comes to the final payments, they question your doing. How does that work? Yes, I get that everyone is just doing their job, but if you do it thoroughly, you would know that you need to give proper information. If I request a down-payment settlement amount on my account outstanding, surely the agent should make sure what the total settlement amount would be without any other costs involved, and if other costs involved, it needs to be explained beforehand. After I paid the full settlement amount, as agreed by BVZ Attorneys on email, I still get an sms out of the blue, asking me to increase my installment amount with 10% monthly. So I'm asking, how can you tell me to up my installment amount if there is no installments to be paid anymore? I have SETTLED the account, what more do you want??? I have been waiting for the paid up letter as promised and also for them to get ITC to take this account off as it's settled and paid in full. Instead, I get phone calls (*after I told them that I'm unable to take calls due to my work environment), phone calls to discuss what? Hence I gave my email, and we've been corresponding via mail for most of the time, what has changed? BVZ Attorneys has no customer orientation. They don't take the client's request / concerns in questions. Bad customer care from their side and bad query / complaint resolving s****s. Even when a client / customer tries to be nice and civil about it, they have a way of just pushing up your blood pressure and for what when they are in the wrong? One wrong move or one skipped payment from client, then they're on you with a sms demanding payment or you will be summonsed. One GOOD and Correct move from client, no thank you or any nice treatment from them. Maybe BVZ Attorneys can close their doors for a while and rather send their staff for full customer care training and how to handle people from all walks of life. Instead of getting good reviews and leaving a customer satisfied with good client services and recommendations (for new business), they leave you with an unwelcome, upset feeling. I will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. Mr. Bezuidenhout and Mr. Van Zyl, review your ethics and your staff. What happened to customer satisfactory?
