BAD ATTITUDE AND ******* SALE

These attorneys doesn't even want to give you time to explain the situation why this account has not been paid.<br> <br> I rented out the house for 6 months to a tenant that was supposed to pay the rent directly into the bond. We stayed on a farm and had no reception upon our return after 6 months the tenant was no longer in the house<br> and never paid the bond. I offered FNB R10K per month which was R 3K above the bond repayment. After 3 Months they told me I had to pay the full arrears which I couldn't as they listed me. They gave me 3 Months to sell the house and the market was bad. They sold the house with a municipal value of R 850K on an auction for R 150K and black listed me for R 648K Now they want me to pay or a warrant of execution will be issued.<br> This was an inside job selling the house so cheaply and I can't be held responsible for a house I don't have anymore.
