No service after sale

Had pool pavers and solar panels installed by this company. Initially looked to be a job well done. However, within a few months of the installation, there is now cracking around the pavers and some of the pavers themselves. There is also leakage from the pool pump. The original representative no longer works for the company, so we called the owner. He was very poor in responding. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, over many months and weeks, he would not come out to rectify this situation. We continued trying to get him to come out over at least a 6 month period, to no avail. Indeed, he expected us to continuously chase him down. When I expressed that I was unhappy with the situation and that I had enough of trying multiple (at least 6 or 7 attempts) to gets old of him and that I was considering filing a complaint, he responded \do what you want but if you want me to come out
