The initial meeting with Chantelle & her daughter was promising. I stressed the point the THE most important issue for me was comfort. They were going to give me what I've been needing for years.

I selected fabrics for the couch & scatter cushions

I paid the 50% deposit. No confirmation of receipt, no written quote. Two weeks later I took delivery and I was so excited because every looked stunning ... until I sat on the couch, after they had left & paid the balance.

I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. This was obviously a form over function job. Totally unacceptable.

The scatter cushions were so overstuffed they were almost round. It was a pre-purchased cushion with 2m of batting wrapped around each then stuffed into the covers.

I let her know via whatsapp how unhappy I was and that was the end of the issue. She doesn't give a damn about customer satisfaction or bad reviews. I'm still waiting for the return of my original lounge cushion they took as a template which will obviously never happen.

I was taken for an idiot and her total lack of customer service is embarrassing!
