Bad service

We were initially promised our sofas after 7 days. A month later after persistent nagging, our sofas were delivered and not the best quality. The work on the elementary areas was poor quality. Promised to fix the recliner, wasn’t done. Removed the clips from my daybed and didn’t bother to reinstall. Promised to come back, never did. They after sales service is pathetic and Chantelle now doesn’t respond. I wouldn’t recommend their service. They also didn’t install the fittings properly giving some story about how my sofas didn’t come with the fittings. You would think they would listen to the owner. We should have held back payment until the issues were sorted out. I won’t recommend their services and I wonder if the reviews on FB are actually accurate. Very disappointed. We should have paid another service provider a little more than going for a cheaper service and no after service etiquette.
