They did not deliver on what I contracted them for, which was to investigate an irregular billing on my account, and negotiate an installmental payment arrangement on my behalf with City of Tshwane, if necessary. Not only did the chaps there tell me all sorts of stories, raising my expectations that the billing problem was being solved, when nothing was in fact, being done; they also requested funds to be paid as deposit that would be paid over to the City as a sign of good faith. This I did. After months of being told stories I cancelled their representation on 24 June, and requested a refund of the deposit I paid. Till date, they are avoiding me and have not given me my refund despite several requests from me, and promises by them to do the refund. It has been the same stalling tactics since.
