Pathetic and not professional at all

I sent this company a request for a quote 2 days prior. After day 1 no one rep**** to me. I sent them a Whatsapp to try follow up, they committed to send me a quote but once I followed up advised that they could not assist me. This was a waste of my time especially considering that they do not have an on-site survey service so you also have to do an inventory form for yourself.

Nonetheless, the explanation on why they could not assist me was unclear and was not offered to me until I asked why.

Definitely a complete waste of time and I would not recommend them to anyone.
